- She gave her burdens to God
- She kept her commitment to him. When she made a vow, she followed through with it
- She was blessed by God for her faithfulness

We were blessed to have Reverend Jeffries share with us today. He has a passion for the Jewish community and helped us to see Christ in every symbol of the Passover meal. There are many intricate steps in the Passover meal and it is rich with meaning from the Jewish history as well as Christology. What do you do during desperate times? What did Job do? The oldest book of the Bible teaches us to trust God even in the worst times. Job lost everything: his kids, all his wealth and even his health. But even in the midst of it all, he still trusted God. Thanks to Dr. Jeff Ginn for teaching from our pulpit this week!
