Wednesdays in July Online Pre-Registration Form

You are welcomed to fill out this pre-registration form at any time before you come to camp, any Wednesday in July. This is a short form, the full form is available for download, here. This form, once filled out will be forwarded to our Children's Ministry team and we will be ready for your visit when you arrive! If you have any problems with this form, let us know via email or call us at 757-717-3102 and a children's worker will help you prepare for your camp visit. Please fill out one form for each child that will be attending camp.
