Our sermon series continues with the church in Pergamus. This church struggled because the center of idol worship was located in the heart of this city. This church was challenged by persecution, false teachings and the temptation to compromise. Do we as Christians struggle in any of these areas? We postponed our sermon series this week as we were saddened in hearing about the death of a local teenager. Pastor Rob felt the Holy Spirit lead him in the direction of providing a sermon of hope and healing. Taken from the 8th chapter of Romans, we are encouraged to understand that God uses all circumstances in our lives for good. It seems at the time that this is impossible, but as life unfolds, we see Him at work. Listen, or watch, as Pastor Rob brings a message of encouragement.

The church as strong in love and patience and faith, but allowed false teachings to continue. How strong is a church?
